MONEY LENDERS ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 163

MONEY LENDERS

1. The Money Lenders Ordinance is amended in item 14(b) of
Part 2 of Schedule 1 by repealing 'Commissioner for Securities
within the meaning of the Securities Ordinance' and substituting-

Securities and Futures Commission established under the
Securities and Futures Commission Ordinance (Cap. 24)

2. The Money Lenders Regulations are amended in Part A in
Schedule 1-

(a) in item 3 by repealing '15' and substituting '75';

(b) in item 4 by repealing '4,500' and substituting '6,500'

(c) in item 5 by repealing '4,500' and substituting '6,500'.
