CHAPTER 247
OIL POLLUTION (LAND USE AND REQUISITION)
The Oil Pollution (Land Use and Requisition) Ordinance is
amended-
(1)in section 2, in the definition of 'competent authority' by
repealing 'Engineering Development' and substituting 'Civil
Engineering Services';
(2)in section 7(2) and (3) by repealing 'Lands' wherever it occurs
and substituting 'Buildings and Lands'.
