FIXED PENALTY (TRAFFIC CONTRAVENTIONS) ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 237

FIXED PENALTY (TRAMC CONTRAVENTIONS)

The Fixed Penalty (Traffic Contraventions) Regulations are
amended in the Schedule-

(1) in Form 1-

(a) by repealing '$140' and substituting '$200';

(b) by repealing' and substituting'

(2) in Form 2-

(a)by repealing '$140' in both places where it occurs and
substituting '$200';

(b)by repealing in both places where it occurs
and substituting

(c) under the heading 'Notification To Commissioner Of
Police Of Wish To Dispute Liability For Contra-
vention'-
(i) by adding 'before a magistrate' after 'liability';
(ii) by adding after
