CHINESE EXTRADITION ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 235

CHINE8E EXTRADITION

The Chinese Extradition Ordinance is amended in the First
Schedule by-

(a) repealing items 6, 7 and 8 and substituting-
6. Theft.
7. Handling stolen goods.
8. Obtaining property by deception.
(b) repealing item 10;
(c) repealing, in item 16, 'housebreaking' and substituting
'aggravated burglary';
(d) repealing, in item 18, 'with violence';
(e) repealing item 19 and substituting-
19. Blackmail.

(f) repealing paragraphs (b), (c) and (e) of item 26, and
substituting for paragraph (e)-
(e) The Theft Ordinance;

(g) repealing paragraphs (a) and (d) of item 26 and substituting-
(a) Part XI (Coinage Offences) of the Crimes Ordinance;
(d) Part IX (Forgery) of the Crimes Ordinance;

Rectified by the Attorney General under the Revised Edition of the Laws
Ordinance 1965.
