CHAPTER 208
COUNTRY PARKS
The Country Parks Ordinance is amended-
(1) in section 5-
(a)in subsection (2)(a) by repealing ', who shall be the
Chairman';
(b) by adding after subsection (2)-
(M) The Governor may appoint any member
of the Board as the Chairman of the Board. (Added
32 of 1989s.2)
(2)in section 16(4) by repealing 'effence' and substituting
'offence'.
