GAMBLING ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 148

GAMBLING

The Gambling Regulations are amended-

(1)in regulation 2(2) by repealing 'section 22(1A)' and substituting
'section 22(1)(a)(iv)';

(2)in regulations 4 and 5 by repealing 'or the Commissioner of
Police, as the case may be,' wherever it occurs;

(3) in the First Schedule-

(a)in Note 4 to Form 1 by repealing '$200' and substituting
'$1,000';

(b)in Note 4 to Form 2 by repealing '$500' and substituting
'$3,200';

(c) in Note 4 to Form 3 by repealing '$200' and substituting
'$750' ;
(d)in Form 4 by repealing 'of Police' and substituting 'for
Television and Entertainment Licensing';

(e)in Forms 6, 7 and 8 by repealing '/Commissioner of Police'
wherever it occurs;

(4) in the Second Schedule, Form 4A-

(a)by repealing 'of Police' and substituting 'for Television
and Entertainment Licensing;

(b)by repealing 'of Police' and substituting 'for Television
and Entertainment Licensing';

(5)in the Third Schedule, in the second column under the heading
'Fee payable' in relation to-

(a)the item 'Lottery' by repealing '$200' and substituting
'$1,000';
(b)the item 'Tombola' by repealing '$500' and substituting
'$3,200';

(c)the item 'Amusement with prizes' by repealing '$200'
and substituting '$750'.
