RATING ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 116

RATING

The Rating Ordinance is amended-

(1)by repealing 'Secretary for District Administration' and
substituting 'Secretary for Home Affairs' wherever it occurs;

(2)in section, 4 by repealing 'Principal Rating and Valuation
Surveyors, Senior Rating and Valuation Surveyors and Rating
and Valuation Surveyors' and substituting 'Principal
Valuation Surveyors, Senior Valuation Surveyors and
Valuation Surveyors';

(3)in sections 38(3), 39(3) and 40(3) by repealing 'Rating and
Valuation Surveyor' and substituting 'Valuation Surveyor'
wherever it occurs.
