MISCELLANEOUS LICENCES ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 114

MISCELLANEOUS LICENCES

1. The Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance is amended-

(1)in section 2, the definition of 'Physiotherapy clinic', by repeal-
ing 'Medical and Health Services' and substituting 'Health';

(2)in section 11 (1) by repealing 'Home Afrairs' and substituting
'Recreation and Culture'.

2. The Miscellaneous Licences Regulations are amended in the
First Schedulc-

(1) in the item relating to 'Physiotherapy clinic'-

(a) by repealing '$200' and substituting-
$ 1, 100 for first issue
$200 for renewal

(b)by repealing 'Medical and Health Services' and sub-
stituting 'Health';

(2)in the item relating to 'Public dance hall' by repealing
'$1,500' and substituting '$4,300'.
