CHAPTER 109
DUTIABLE COMMODITIES
1. The Dutiable Commodities (Liquor) Regulations are amended
by repealing regulation 27.
2. The Dutiable Commodities (Marking and Colouring of
Hydrocarbon Oil) Regulations are amended by repealing regulation
513(2) and substituting-
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to a motor vehicle-
(a)that is not registered under the Road Traffic Ordinance
(Cap. 374); and
(b) that is solely in industrial use.(L.N. 166 of 1989)
