CHAPTER 104
FERRY SERVICES
1. The Ferry Services Ordinance is amended---
(1)in section 6(4) by repealing 'Wthout' and substituting
'Without';
(2)in section 13(1) by repealing 'be' in the first place where it
occurs and substituting 'by' ;
(3)in sections 16(1)(a), 20(1), 28(4), 38(1), (2) and (4) and 41(1) by
repealing 'Engineering Development' wherever it occurs and
substituting 'Civil Engineering Services'.
2. The 'Star' Ferry Company, Limited, By-laws are amended in
by-law 20 by repealing 'Engineering Development' and substituting
'Civil Engineering Services'.
