COMPANIES (PRESCRIBED FEES) ORDER. -

(Ordinance No. 39 Of 1932).

[1st September, 1933.]

1. This order may be cited as the Companies (Pres-
cribed Fees) Order.

2. The following fees shall be payable-
(a)for registering under Part III of the
Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the
Revised Edition) any charge required to
be registered thereunder whether created
by a company or existing on property
acquired by the company .......... $10.00
(b) for registering particulars of a series of
debentures under the said Part III 10.00
(c) for registering the appointment of a
receiver or manager under section 87 Of
the Ordinance .................... 5.00
(d) for inspecting the register of charges-for
each inspection......................... 1.00
