BE it enacted by the Governor of lIongkon,.g kith the advice of the
Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
Ordinance 8 of 1879, is hereby amended as follows :-
In section 15, by striping out of sub-section 8 the words 'Members
of the Board' and inserting in place thereof the words
'Governor upon the recommendation of the Board,' and
by striking out sub-section 9.
