DIOCESAN PREPARATORY SCHOOL COUNCIL
INCORPORATION
The Diocesan Preparatory School Council Incorporation
Ordinance is amended-
(1)in section 4(b) by repealing 'subject to the provisions of the
Charities (Land Acquisition) Ordinance,';
(2) in section 9(3) by repealing '305' and substituting '304(1A)'.
