COMMODITIES TRADING ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 250

COMMODITIES TRADING

The Commodities Trading (Dealers, Commodity Trading
Advisers and Representatives) Regulations are amended-

(1) in regulation 5-

(a) by repealing paragraph (1) and substituting-

(1) The fee for registration or renewal of
registration-

(a) as a dealer, shall be $1,300; and

(b)as a commodity trading adviser, shall be
$1,000.

(b)in paragraph (2) by repealing '$200' and substituting
'$450'

(2) in regulation 7(3) by repealing '$10' and substituting '$25'
(3)in regulation 9(2) by repealing '$500 and substituting
'$1,000';

(4) in regulation 11 (1) by repealing '$l0' and substituting '$50'.
