CHILD CARE CENTRES ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 243

CHILD CARE CENTRES

The Child Care Centres Regulations are amended-

(1)in regulations 23(1)(b) and (2) and 24(2)(b) by repealing
'Building Development' wherever it occurs and substituting
'Buildings and Lands';

(2)in regulation 45B(1) and (2) by repealing 'supervisor' and
substituting in each case 'operator';

(3)in regulations 45C(3) and 45G by repealing 'supervisor' and
substituting in each case 'operator';

(4) in regulation 46-

(a) in paragraph (1) by adding '25, 26,' after ' 15,';

(b) in paragraph (2) by adding 'or 45G after '36(2)';

(c)in paragraph (3) by repealing 'or 2T' and substituting
', 22, 24(2), 45C(4), 45D or 45E;

(d) in paragraph (3A) by adding ',14, 24(3)' after '6';

(e) in paragraph (4)-
(i) by adding '40(1) or' after '30(1) or (2),';
(ii) by repealing ', or 45G;

(f)in paragraph (4A) by repealing '45C(4), 45D or 45E and
substituting '35';

(g) in paragraph (5) by repealing 'or 25';

(5)in regulation 47 by adding 'and to imprisonment for 1 year'
after '$5,000'.
