PREVENTION OF BRIBERY ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 201

PREVENTION OF BRIBERY

The Prevention of Bribery Ordinance is amended-

(1)in sections 10(5) and MA(3) by repealing 'or the Pension
Benefits Ordinance' and substituting ', the Pension Benefits
Ordinance (Cap. 99) or the Pension Benefits (Judicial Officers)
Ordinance (Cap. 401)';

(2) in the Schedule-

(a) by adding after item 47-

48.The Hong Kong University of Science and Tech-
nology. (Added 47 of 1987 s. 25)

(b) by adding after item 50-

51.Land Development Corporation. (Added 17 of
1987 s.20)

52.Securities and Futures Commission. (Added 10
of 1989 Schedule 2)

53. The Open Learning Institute of Hong Kong.

176 of 1989)
