ESSENTIAL SERVICES CORPS ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 197

ESSENTIAL SERVICES CORPS

1. The Essential Services Corps (General) Regulations are
amended-

(1)in regulation 5(5) by repealing 'Medical and Health Services'
in both places where it occurs and substituting 'Health';

(2)in the First Schedule by repealing ' 'Royal WarranC in item
(b) and substituting ' 'Order'

2 The Essential Services (Auxiliary Medical Services) Corps
Regulations are amended in regulation 2-

(a)by repealing 'and the Director of Medical and Health
Services shall be the Unit Controller thereof

(b) by being renumbered as paragraph (1);

(c) by adding after paragraph (1)-

(2) The Director of Health shall be Com-
missioner, Auxiliary Medical Services, and in that
capacity shall be Unit Controller of the Auxiliary
