MARRIAGE ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 181

MARRIAGE

The Marriage Ordinance is amended in the Second Schedule-

(a) in item 1 by repealing '20' and substituting '30';

(b) in item 2 by repealing '500' and substituting '550'

(c) in item 3 by repealing '60' and '10' and substituting respec-
tively '70' and '12';
(d) in item 4 by repealing '20' and substituting '25';
(e) in item 5 by repealing '60' and substituting '70';
(f) in item 6 by repealing ' 1,000' and substituting ' 1,100';
(g) by repealing item 7 and substituting---
7. Marriage at the office of the Registrar-
(a) during normal office hours .......90
(b) outside normal office hours ......200

(h) in item 8 by repealing '40W and substituting '450';

(i)in item 9 by repealing '200', '300' and '400' and substituting
respectively '220', '330' and '45'.
