BIRTHS REGISTRATIONS (SPECIAL REGISTERS) ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 175

BIRTHS REGISTRATION (SPECIAL REGISTERS)

The Births Registration (Special Registers) Ordinance is
amended-

(1)in section 2 by repealing the definition of 'general register
office' and substituting-

'general register office' means the general register office
appointed under section 3(1)(c) of the Births and
Deaths Registration Ordinance; (Replaced 38 of
1979s.2)

(2) in Part 1 of the Fifth Schedule-

(a) in item 1 by repealing '2.00' and substituting '10.00';

(b) in item 2 by repealing '25.00' and substituting '60.00';

(c) in item 3 by repealing '5.00' and substituting '40.00';

(d) in item 4-
(i) by repealing '3.00' and '6.00' and substituting
respectively '10.00' and '20.00';
(ii) by repealing 'the Colony' and substituting 'Hong
Kong'.
