PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 172

PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAU~NT

The Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance is amended-

(1) by repealing section 5;

(2) in section 7(1)-

(a)in paragraph (g) by repealing 'Administrative Services
and Information' and substituting 'Recreation and
Culture';

(b) by repealing paragraphs (h), (i) and (ia);

(3)in section 8(1), by adding ', except a cinematograph display,'
after 'public entertainment';

(4) in section 9, by repealing subsection (3).
