QUARANTINE AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 141

QUARANTINE AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE

1. The Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance is
amended in section 2(1), the definition of 'Director', by repealing
'Medical and Health Services' and substituting 'Health'.

2. The Boats and Wharves (Supply of Water) Regulations are
amended in regulations 2, 4 and 5 by repealing 'Medical and Health
Services' wherever it occurs and substituting 'Health'.

3. The Prevention of the Spread of Infestious Diseases
Regulations are amended in regulations 4, 8, 19, 20, 23 and 24 by
repealing 'Medical and Health Services' wherever it occurs and
substituting 'Health'.

4. The Quarantine (Measures on Departure) Regulations are
amended in regulation 3 by repealing 'Medical and Health
Services' and substituting 'Health'.

5. The Quarantine and Prevention of Disease (Scale of Charges)
Regulations are amended in the Schedule by repealing '$1,200.00',
'$700.00' and '$220.00' and substituting respectively '$2,000.00',
'$950.00' and '$270.00'.
