DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE - minor amendment

CHAPTER 134

DANGEROUS DRUGS

1. The Dangerous Drugs Ordinance is amended-

(1)in section 2(1), the definition of 'Director', by repealing
'Director of Medical and Health Services, a deputy director of
medical and health services or an assistant director of medical
and health services' and substituting-

Director of Health, Deputy Director of Health or an
assistant director of health

(2)in section 49A, paragraph (a) of the definition of 'reporting
agency director', by repealing 'Medical and Health
Department of the Government, means the Director of
Medical and Health Services' and substituting-

Department of Health of the Government, means the
Director of Health

(3)in the Fourth Schedule, item 18, by repealing 'Medical and
Health Department' and substituting 'Department of Health'.

2. The Dangerous Drugs Regulations are amended-

(1) by repealing regulation 9;

(2)in items 1 and 2 in the Second Schedule by repealing '$100'
and substituting '$500';

(3) by repealing the Third Schedule.
