URBAN COUNCIL ORDINANCE - minor amendment
Description
CHAPTER 101
URBAN COUNCIL
1. The Urban Council Ordinance is amended in section 39(3)(b)
by repealing 'to meet expenses incurred in connection with the
discharge of the office of a member of the Council'.
2. The Urban Council (Fees for Official Signatures and
Miscellaneous Services) By-laws are amended in the Schedule in
items 1, 2 and 3 by repealing '65' and substituting '75'.
