CHAPTER 66
EXCHANGE FUND
The Exchange Fund Ordinance is amended in section 2-
(1)in the definition of 'bank notes lawfully issued', by repealing
'The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation' and
substituting 'The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking
Corporation Limited';
(2)in the definition of 'note-issuing bank', by repealing 'The
Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation' and
substituting 'The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking
Corporation Limited'.
