APPOINTMENT OF PLACES OF DETENTION
(CONSOLIDATION) NOTICE
(Deportation and Detention Regulations,
regulation 18(1))
[1st February, 1963.1
1. This notice may be cited as the Appointment of Places of
Detention (Consolidation) Notice.
2. The sites and buildings and prisons specified in the Schedule
are appointed to be places of detention for the purposes of the
Emergency (Deportation and Detention) Regulations.
SCHEDULE
1. Stanley Prison.
2. Victoria Prison.
3. The prison wards of the Government hospitals in the Colony.
4. Tai Lam Women's Prison.
5. Lai Chi Kok Reception Centre.
