VOLUNTEER AND NAVAL VOLUNTEER (PENSIONS
ASSESSMENT BOARD) NOMINATION

1. This nomination may be cited as the Volunteer and Naval
Volunteer (Pensions Assessment Board) Nomination.
2. The Governor in Council hereby nominates
(a) the Director of Accounting Services; and
(b) Medical anti Health Officer(Medical),
to constitute a Pensions Assessment Board and under that name to
exercise all the powers which by virtue of section 6(a) of the Ordinance
are exercisable by the Governor in Council.
