1. This order may be cited as the Tenancy (Notice of Citation.

Termination) (Exclusion) (Consolidation) Order.

2. Tenancies held from- Tenancies
excluded from
(a) the Hong Kong Housing Authority, the further
application of
(b) the Hong Kong Housing Society, and the Ordinance.

(Cap. 7.)

(c) the Hong Kong Model Housing Society,

are excluded from the further application of Part V of the Landlord and
Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance.
