1. These regulations may be. cited as the Pounds Fees
Regulations.
2. The following fees are prescribed-
(a) for every horse, mule, donkey, buffalo,
ox or dog ......................50 cents
(b) for every sheep, goat, pig, goose, duck
or fowl....................................................... 25
